By purchasing a ticket on Veenue, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding ticket sales, cancellations, and refunds:
All ticket sales are binding once completed, subject to the cancellation and refund terms outlined below.
It is the user’s responsibility to review event details (date, time, location, and other conditions) before purchase.
Veenue is a ticketing platform and not the event organizer. The organizer is responsible for event execution.
You may cancel your ticket for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, only if the event is more than 48 hours away.
If the event starts in less than 48 hours, no cancellation or refund will be permitted, regardless of purchase time.
No refunds will be issued for missed events (“no-shows”).
If an event is canceled, your ticket will be automatically refunded in full.
If an event is postponed, you will be notified and may:
Use your ticket for the new event date, or
Request a refund within 72 hours of the postponement notice.
Event organizers may choose to offer full or partial refunds, including after the event has occurred.
Such refunds are solely at the discretion of the event organizer.
Veenue reserves the right to issue refunds or cancel tickets at its sole discretion in the case of:
Fraudulent purchases,
Technical issues,
Policy violations,
Or any other situation requiring administrative review.
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take up to 3 business days to appear in your account.
By completing your ticket purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.

Veenue est une plateforme de billetterie. L'organisateur gère l'événement.
✅ Remboursement intégral possible si :
Annulation sous 24h ET l'événement est à plus de 48h.
❌ Aucun remboursement si :
L'événement commence dans moins de 48h.
En cas d'absence sans préavis.
Événement annulé → Remboursement automatique.
Événement reporté → Choix :
Conserver le billet pour la nouvelle date, OU
Demander un remboursement sous 72h après notification.
L'organisateur peut proposer des remboursements totaux/partiels, même après l'événement, à sa discrétion.
Nous pouvons rembourser ou annuler des billets en cas de :
Fraude
Problèmes techniques
Violations des politiques
Autres situations exceptionnelles
Les remboursements sont effectués sur le moyen de paiement d'origine,
Délai : 3 jours ouvrables (selon votre banque/opérateur mobile),
L'achat vaut acceptation de cette politique.
